Time is tracked transparently and reported monthly. Up to 20% of unused hours roll into the following month; beyond that, they aren't carried, which keeps the service responsive rather than banked.
A discovery call, then a written scope with package, hours and boundaries. Nothing begins until you've approved it, and a 14-day settling-in review makes sure the fit is right.
Every engagement includes an NDA and a signed Data Processing Agreement. I work inside your existing systems with two-factor authentication as standard, under the same information governance discipline I used in the NHS.
30 days' notice on any monthly package, no lock-in contract, no exit fees. The Hour has no notice period at all. The service earns its place each month or it doesn't.
